Our business may be roughly classified into public project and tender invitation by private enterprise, such as public buildings, hospital and school construction, hi-tech factory, civil engineering etc. In 2000, Te Chen Shen Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded to incorporate wastewater treatment into the original building and civil engineering businesses. In 2009, Yue Hsin Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established to handle asset management, real estate investment and other businesses.
Speed is the competitive edge for a company to gain the advantage over its competitors: meeting demands in a speedy manner and maintaining long-term partnership with the proprietors. A company armed with such competitive edge can best attain such goals through organizational efficiency. As such, sometimes our employees are required to sacrifice their holidays or weekends, or even work overtime for the sake of meeting the pre-set construction schedule and the proprietor’s needs. All personnel, except managers (and those above) under the accountability system, are entitled to overtime pay.
A standing performance review panel is responsible for deciding employee promotions in accordance with specified promotion regulations. Criteria include current performance, leadership performance, strategic analysis and decision-making capability. etc. Under this premise, each and every employee is entitled to enjoy equal opportunity of promotion. Other matters like adjustment upon completion of trial period, year-end reporting of personnel for promotion are all included in the business of performance review panel.
Dorms are provided to all non-resident co-workers, if an on-site office is established at large construction site. For construction sites without a dorm, other boarding facilities will be arranged for workers.
