Since its founding in 1986, Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. has been devoted to the construction industry based on the philosophy of “sustainable management”.In 2000, by creating Te Cheng Sheng Engineering Co., Ltd.,we began expanding business from construction and civil engineering to include environmental protection engineering such as waste water treatment. In recent years, domestic public engineering projects have experienced a sharp decrease due to the increasingly saturated infrastructures. In addition to continuously dedicating ourselves to domestic business growth, we started a contract with Taiwan’s ally, Burkina Faso of West Africa, of a package project for building a 600-bed teaching hospital at its capital Ouagadougou in 2007, which marked our official embarkment on oversea market.

To adhere to the management philosophy of “union of heart and skill”, and to reach the goal of “differentiated” technology and service, we set out to conduct physical examination on a regular basis to maintain a lean company constitution and sound financial conditions, to emphasize on transmission of experiences and on upgrading engineering techniques of all technicians, and to provide professional views on new or substitutive building materials etc. With “satisfying customers’ needs” as our ultimate criteria, we commit ourselves to offering the most reasonable construction costs, high standard engineering technology, strict quality management and a responsible attitude.
